Pacific Seafood is World’s First to Offer Four-Star BAP Oysters

Pacific Seafood is the first, and only, company to offer four-Star Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) certified oysters. This certification is the first step toward the company’s goal that all Pacific Seafood oysters achieve four-star certification.

Throughout this next year, they are focused on certifying additional facilities and adding new four-star oyster products to the market. Customers can be confident that Pacific Seafood four-star BAP certified oysters, both shucked and live in-shell, meet the highest standards of respect, throughout the entire supply chain, for the environment, workers, and the community, as well as animal welfare, and food safety.
