VIP Tent Busser: Ensure the VIP tent remains tidy, offer to refill beverages for VIP guests, and fetch additional food tastings from restaurant vendors. (3 people)
Trash, Recycling, and Compost Sorter: Collect attendees’ dishes and sort them into the correct trash, recycling, and compost bins. (4 people)
Restaurant Support: Assist restaurant vendors with behind-the-scenes needs, such as resupplying warm water for handwashing stations, managing trash overflow, providing ice if needed, etc. (4 people)
Post-Event Clean-up: Scheduled for around 5:30 pm, involves cleaning up the venue and dismantling chairs and tables. (6 – 12 people)
Event Parking: Help attendees with parking directions. (4 – 6 people)
Busser: Roam the event, offering to collect attendees’ trash or cups, and clearing tables of plates no longer in use. (8 – 10 people)

NOTE: All volunteers, except for those signed up for the post-event clean-up, should arrive at the SLURP location by 11:30 am on the day of the event.
